Hi, I'm Lia,

I am a Certified Infant & Child Sleep Consultant based in Mount Maunganui, NZ but connect and work with families all over the world!

Working internationally as a Nanny for the past 8 years I have had the privilege of helping many families with their little ones sleep.

While temperaments and parenting styles were always unique, one thing is Universal- we are ALL better parents with happier babies when everyone has had a good nights sleep.

I take into account the whole picture- your childs temperament, sleep environment, nutrition, current and past sleep issues and your individual parenting style to tailor an actionable plan that is going to empower you with the knowlege you need to start making healthy changes.

All while having reassuring, one on one support to guide you (and be your cheerleader) along the way.
