This add on includes one week of virtual support including check-in calls if needed.
Monday-Saturday 7am-8pm.
Daily review and notes on the Sleep Log so we can troubleshoot as they arise.
This can be added to any other package at the time or can purchased any time within 2 months of purchasing your package if you're needing some extra reassurance down the line.

What happens next?

After booking
Once you have paid for and scheduled your consult, a Sleep Intake Form will be emailed to you within 24 hours to complete before the consult with questions to fill out describing the current sleep issues and routine.

Consultation
Lia will call (or arrive if doing an in-home consultation) at the scheduled time to go over all things sleep, answer any questions and make sure you are completely confident with the plan we choose.

Sleep Assessment
After the call or during the in-home consult you will receive your personalised sleep assessment and plan for you to refer back to plus additional useful information in the handouts.

1:1 Support
1-2 weeks of follow up support via WhatsApp.
Night one virtual support until 10pm, then from 7am-7pm Monday- Saturday.
I will also review and leave daily notes on the Sleep Log so we can troubleshoot as problems arise.
